Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, sales, or carrier delays.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated at checkout. Shipping rates may vary based on package weight, destination, and available shipping options.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 1–5 business days after the order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on USPS handling, weather, holidays, or other carrier-related delays.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been scanned by USPS.

PO Box Addresses

Orders shipped to PO Box addresses will be sent via USPS only.

Holiday Delays

USPS does not operate on U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed near holidays may experience additional processing or delivery delays.

Delivery Confirmation

USPS provides delivery confirmation and may include GPS tracking for completed deliveries. When a package is marked as Delivered, it means the carrier has scanned the package at the delivery location, such as a mailbox, front door, parcel locker, front desk, or other secure delivery area.

Missing or “Delivered” Packages

If your tracking information shows Delivered but you have not received your package, please complete the following steps:

• Check your mailbox, porch, garage, parcel locker, front desk, and any secure delivery areas
• Check with neighbors, household members, building management, or office staff
• Wait 24 hours, as USPS may occasionally mark a package delivered before final drop-off

If the package is still missing, please contact your local USPS post office directly and request that they:

• Verify the GPS coordinates of the delivery scan
• Confirm the exact delivery location with the mail carrier
• Open a missing mail or delivery investigation if needed

Once a package has been marked as delivered by USPS, Bac Water For Less is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of sterile reconstitution-related products and our quality control standards, all sales are final once an order has shipped.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for shipped products. This policy helps ensure product integrity, safety, and quality control.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of payment confirmation. After an order begins processing, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please include your order number, photos of the package or product if applicable, and a clear description of the issue.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to USPS, Bac Water For Less is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues outside of our control.

USPS Priority Mail may include limited insurance coverage. For higher-value orders, customers may choose to purchase additional shipping insurance when available.
